LATIN DANCE FUSION
If you are looking for dance exercise then this is the workout for you! Latin dance moves are included in this medium to high impact group routine! No experience needed and no partner needed!
TOTAL BODY SCULPT AND PUMP
A great way to total body sculpting with cardio and weights. You will be lead by our expert trainer to keep your body in shape and sweating from beginning to end!
CARDIO KICKBOXING
Get your heart moving with this medium to high impact kickboxing class! A great way to keep your heart in shape with lots of kicks and jabs.

REFRESH AND RECHARGE
Need some time to stretch and flex? You will enjoy this medium to low impact movement class to keep muscles from getting too tight.
All classes are $10 per person per class, or unlimited for $80 per month.
