CHI GONG is an ancient Chinese form of exercise that focuses on joint mobility as opposed to building muscle. This low impact exercise is for anyone wanting to reduce stress and increase energy!
Chi Gong is one of five categories of Traditional Chinese Medicines that has been used for thousands of years.

TOTAL BODY TRAINING
A great way to total body sculpting with cardio and weights. You will be lead by our expert trainer to keep your body in shape and sweating from beginning to end!
CARDIO KICKBOXING
Get your heart moving with this medium to high impact kickboxing class! A great way to keep your heart in shape with lots of kicks and jabs.

JUMP & JACKED
Get ready for this exciting workout for the core! Jumping on a mini trampoline for 10 minutes is the equivalent of jogging for 30 minutes! Then engage the core even more with some Pilates!
HIIT
Get a great full body workout in with a variety of high intensity interval training.
PILATES
Classic Pilates on the mat will strengthen the core, and encourage concentration.
All classes are $10 per person per class, or unlimited for $80 per month.
